Ticket preview drops any selection made

Description

If you make a selection from your chained dropdown lists and hit 'Preview', it will show the chaines fields properly but any selection made wont be remembered.

Hitting 'Create ticket' in such circumstances will effectively drop any selection made previousely.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Richard Liao.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
