Can't enable xmlrpc plugin

I installed trac BitNami trac on windows and now try to enable xmlrpc plugin. I install it from web admin, and write
[components] tracrpc.* = enabled
in trac.ini file but it is not appear in plugins section in web admin. Can you help me please?

Bitnami distro is using Trac0.11.6 and python 2.5 and using tracxmlrpc-1.1.0_r7916

You can also update to very latest - I fixed a bug yesterday that caused the plugin to fail if json was not installed.
Please update + check debug logs, and report back.

I could enable xmlrpcplugin last week by compiling and creating an .egg file from the sources and installing egg file by the admin tab in Trac.

what version of trac and xmlrpc plugin are you using?
