Exclude hours already spent in Workload pie chart

Not sure I understand the use case for the Workload pie chart, but as stated on the features page: "This macro creates a pie chart that shows the remaining estimated workload per ticket owner, and the remaining work days."
Today it just use the estimate and doesn't exclude any time spent. Shouldn't it?
