TicketImport always reports owner change in preview

If the owner column has a leading uppercase character such as "Owner", the plugin always shows everyone in the preview column in italic, indicating it's going to change the field. In fact it does not do so when executing the import.

This occurs when you export an existing report to a CSV file, Trac will convert the first character in column name to uppercase. After making some changes, you will see the fault indication of changes in the owner column in preview.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
as closed The owner will remain François Granade.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
