Description
I dislike registration on transifex and see no OpenID possibility there. So I attach my patches here.

Sorry to hear this. I hope, Transifex will help us to join and improve our translations. For me this is much more convenient than working with tickets. Trac itself has them, but they tend to grow beyond a point where they are no longer maintainable.
I really appreciate your contribution, especially additional translatable strings. But since digging around for translations could be made much easier by Transifex, I'd love to see most contributors gathering there. This would help with getting equally good quality translations for all Trac plugins, not only Announcer.

Oh, well, missing this myself. But this could be added. At least I'll ask for it.
So I attach my patches here.
Fine. Even if I try to convince you to switch and go with Transifex, be assured that your contributions are always welcome either way.

Initial review done. Please see three new patch files replacing previous diffs and containing some more corrections.
This applies cleanly to SVN at r8145, so should be ready for adding to trunk now. Please review. I'll take care for adding new and updated message catalogs to Transifex on behalf of the reporter.

Transifex is updated now. Thank you again for your impressive work. Russian had a jump-start to 82 % translated. Wow!
