Attribute error with current release for 0.12

Description

I upgraded my TimingAndEstimation plugin to the 0.9.8 release from the 0.12 branch. Whenever I open the Management page, I get the following error: 

AttributeError: 'TimingEstimationAndBillingPage' object has no attribute 'get_read_db'

I am running Trac 0.12 r9871, Genshi 0.6, TimingAndEstimationPlugin 0.9.8 branch 0.12 r8141

Reverting to TimingAndEstimation Plugin 0.9.7 fixes the problem.

I have tried clearing egg caches, reloading, etc. Nothing seems to fix this for me.

Its very likely a bug. I will try to have it fixed for you shortly. The trac 12 branch is still very new.
