TracTicketTemplate does not work with TracWysiwygPlugin

Description

With the TracWysiwygPlugin 0.11 installed and activated, the TracTicketTemplate stops working. Nothing happens when applying a ticket template.

I got a similar behavior, on Trac12.2 with DeleteTicketPlugin (v2.0) and TracWysiwygPlugin. In my case produce a javascript from the DeleteTicketPlugin a error. If I deactivate the DeleteTicketPlugin works the TracTicketTemplate with the TracWysiwygPlugin fine.
