Description

I added some javascript to move the add-hours field to near the comment field, but this causes it to disappear from the new ticket screen

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Russ Tyndall.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
