support for 0.12?

Will it happen? This is most critical plugin for our users...

• Tested on Trac 0.12, however not working.
• First of all, it didn't put the tracsectionedit.web_ui.* into trac.ini, even enabling it trough webadmin interface
• Editing trac.ini manually didn't work out also
