Can somebody please help us by creating a plugin to integrate with OTRS ticketing system..

i am going to write an importer... it is going to be tricky, have a look at this:

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The owner will remain anybody.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
