Merge [mdashboard] and [pdashboard] configuration sections

Description

To be more consistent with other plugins, the [mdashboard] and [pdashboard] configuration sections of trac.ini should be merged into a [tracmetrix] section.

Documentation on the project's wiki page should be added for the configuration options.
