Expand $USER in URLs

Description

I was extended NavAdd to expand $USER in the URL components: this creates easy way to add per-user links to the main menu. $USER is substituted with the current user name that is lowercased + capitalized to produce a good Wiki-style word. If there is no authenticated user, all items with $USER in URL will be hidden.
