poll radio options need <label> tags

Description

The radio options for the poll should have a <label> tag that surrounds the input and the label text for the option. <label> tags are important for accessibility, and make it easier to pick an option by clicking on the label text instead of on the radio button itself.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Alec Thomas.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
