Only one person notified

I'am using the announcer plugin to get informed abou wiki changes. But only one person is notified even if there are other persons which are watching the same wiki site.

Please upgrade to Trac 1.2, which has integrated the core of AnnouncerPlugin. Please raise the issue on the ​trac:MailingList if you encounter the issue with Trac 1.2.
