Description
When following this, I see in trac.log TracAnnouncer encrypt and prepare the email of the ticket change (changeset added) to be sent out but then ... no email actually gets sent out. If I view the ticket, I see the change and if I then add a comment, the comment gets emailed out but no changesets are getting emailed out.
Would be great to know if this is a bug in TracAnnouncer or something wrong with my config.

I'm running the latest version of the trunk in production with Trac 0.12.3, and email notifications are sent when referencing tickets from commit messages. Maybe try again with the latest version of the trunk?

Please upgrade to Trac 1.2, which has integrated the core of AnnouncerPlugin. Please raise the issue on the trac:MailingList if you encounter the issue with Trac 1.2.
It might be due to a missing subscriber, but I'll have to see it on my own.
