flattr integration

Description

I imagine there to be a flattr button for each changeset, allowing users to applause for changes they like. This would require either the individual commiter or the project as a whole to have a flattr account.

Also give the project the option to add a flattr-button to every ticket thus allowing users to vote by donating to get a bug fixed.

If more people are interested in this, I'd start working on it.
