Change path for Management link to be lowercase

Description

To be more consistent with other Nav bar links, can the link to the Management page for the Timing And Estimation plugin be changed from /Billing to /billing? This would help this plugin to work better with the wiki:MenusPlugin, and avoid the need for workarounds such as ticket:7498.

Im a little nervous that this will screw up peoples bookmarks and what not, but there does seem to be a compelling reason to changing it. I guess bring on the complaints :/

I will upload a patch soon (couple days), to take care of this.

(In [9866]) Downcase the url (/billing) so that it can be put in trac.ini as a key for trac MenusPlugin fix #8506

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Russ Tyndall.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
