Description
Hi. Any chance you could change the license to LGPL or MIT? I wanted to use this script, but would like to use a less restrictive license than GPL. Thanks!

Replying to k0s:
What is the rationale for changing the license?
The ideas was to include this script in a plugin I'm currently developing. I'd like to avoid keeping this script as an external dependency, as that makes for a less streamlined installation, and I don't want to license my plugin as GPL, as I've found it too restrictive in the past.
I suggested LGPL or MIT, but BSD would also be fine (I'm mentioning it because that's the how trac is licensed)
I'm also happy to give ownership of this plugin over, if you're willing to maintain it
Not at this point. But I'd like to use it, so I may become emotionally attached to it in the future... :)

+1 for 3-clause BSD Trac-alike license.
This might even attract potential maintainers. I know of some developers that refuse to cooperate on code, if it's under a stricter license than Trac's one.

k0s has previously been okay with license changes to BSD 3-Clause. I'd just need a brief reply to confirm and then I could make the change in the repository.
