Offer to take over development and maintenance

Description
Hereby I apply for taking over the maintainership for the SensitiveTicketsPlugin. It has been explicitly marked "up for adoption" by the current/previous maintainer on 21-Aug-2010.
Part of my plans is collaboration with Ryan, who did something to the related PrivateTicketsPlugin lately, since there is a fundamental design flaw, that both, PrivateTicketsPlugin and SensitiveTicketsPlugin share (see #5784). Maybe we can overcome this limitation, but this will most likely require major design changes.
Better do it here in the open, not alone and totally on my own.

Ha ha. Who I found here. Just when I also saw call for adoption.
Yeah, it's me. ;-)
Good, then I will not volunteer (it is one of plugins I am using regularly). ;-)
Oh, why not? I just wanted to push in absence of someone else, but I certainly wouldn't mind, if you take it instead, and let me just volunteer. Actually I may have less resources than you considering you current amount of activity here and at your bitbucket repos.

Pst. Be quiet about my activity. My boss should not know what I am doing in work hours. ;-)
I will definitely help if I find something to fix. Currently the plugin works quite nicely for me. And I also think it is not so big question who maintains it if we have a mercurial repository and pull requests.

I lost track of this request, and now it has been superseded by #9830.
