Customize component field, properties

Description

I would like to know if it is possible to hide a ticket, or set permissions to modify, based not only on the ticket_type value of this ticket but also according to the other properties as the "component". I want that only certain people be able to edit the field "Component".

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain obs.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
