Allow start and end dates to be specified as options

Description

Display the Change Log between start date and end date. We might allow the dates to be specified as timestamps in the formats YYYYMMDD and YYYYMMDDTHHMM, so that the syntax would be [[ChangeLog(path, start=20110312, end=20110319)]].
