Wiki-formatted fields shown as plain text in header block of email notification

Description

I put a wiki formatted textarea in the ticket_email_header_fields, but it is not formatted properly. The field in the email shows the raw text as it is input:

The same is true when a new ticket is created with wiki formatting in the Description: the email notification just shows the raw text:

I should have mentioned that the wiki-formatted field is "Cause". In this screen capture you can see the Description and Cause field are rendered nicely:

My Trac version is v0.11.7. I installed TracAnnouncer 0.11.1.

Resolution: wontfix
Status: newclosed

Please upgrade to Trac 1.2, which has integrated the core of AnnouncerPlugin. Please raise the issue on the trac:MailingList if you encounter the issue with Trac 1.2.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
