Description

The download link gives me an empty zip file.

Unfortunately, there's no download from trac-hacks.org since the plugin is hosted at ​http://voidblog.de/ (and not on the internal subversion server of trac-hacks.org). I've created an .egg file for python 2.3 and put it on the plugin's homepage.
