Description
it would be great to put a message in the log file if:
- plugin is activated
- no pdf icon is showing up
to help with knowing why the plugin does not work.
or isn't it supposed to display a pdf icon next to "plain text"?

I have
- compiled and installed HTMLDoc
- compiled, enabled, configured and installed the PageToPdfPlugin (it works as expected)
- compiled and enabled the CombineWikiPlugin (nothing happens)
So... this plugin needs WebAdmin? Would be nice if this was stated on the CombineWikiPlugin page. (If I get it to work I will add more information - but I am stumbling in the dark here...)

In the future you might want to check the Trac log. It will log an error when there are unmet dependencies.

Not sure where you expect to see an icon. CombineWiki is used through WebAdmin.
