"Billing and Estimation" takes a lot of space on the module bar

Description

How about "Management"? I.e. "Project Management", but since a whole trac web site is "about a project", just "Management" should be enough. Broadly speaking, planning, tracking and billing are normally seen as project management activities.

This has been done and will be in version 0.3.3 (not yet released)
