Hide some ticket types from certain groups

Description

I need to be able to hide ticket types from certain groups when they are creating a ticket, which I can do. However they still need to be able to view them from the active ticket list, so I basically just want to hide the ticket types in the field while they are creating a ticket, not restrict them from the ticket type entirely.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain obs.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
