Can someone help me how the attachment part in the view ticket has been done.

The plugin doesn't support adding attachments if that's what you were meaning?

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The owner will remain Ben Miller.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
