#9915 closed defect (wontfix)

New ticket notification status does not match TicketCreationStatus

Reported by: prrk47002@… Owned by: Stephen Hansen
Priority: normal Component: TicketCreationStatusPlugin
Severity: normal Keywords: Status
Cc: Trac Release: 0.11

Description (last modified by Ryan J Ollos)

We have TicketCreationStatus enabled and set up so all new tickets are "under_review". However, when the notification email comes thru, the status in the email is shown as "new", the Trac default. A snippet of the email is shown below.

#260: OpsHub Testing 03202012 Trac to QC MediaPro
       Reporter: kondur01 | Owner: kondur01
Type: defect | Status: new <<<<<<
Priority: average | Milestone: RQM Trial
Component: Polylogics | Version: MP - SP 11 - eBoost
       Keywords: OpsHubTesting | Screenname: 10.34.2
    Environment: TRN | Reference:

The ticket, when I look in Trac has the correct "under_review" status. Is this a matter of when the notification fires vs the plugin updating the status?

Thank you.
