Private comments are shown in the ticket's RSS feed

Description

When logged in as a user without the PRIVATE_COMMENT_PERMISSION permission, I cannot see the private comments in the web page for a ticket. However, if I click "RSS Feed" at the bottom of the ticket page, the private comments are included in the feed.

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
