Remove header_logo

Description

Remove the header_logo initialization from the root/pydotorgtheme/0.10/pydotorgtheme/theme.py file. It is overriding the local site configuration for this info.

Thats the whole idea. Some themes depend on having a certain logo, or a certain size logo. I suppose I can add an option to override it, but YMMV.

(In [1691]) Allow blocking themes from declaring a header logo. (closes #993)
