Made some page re-factor & detailed install instructions (TicketCreateButtonsPlugin). Would you mind reviewing it? Thank you for the plugin !!

Thanks for your input!

A couple of thoughts:

  • I don't think "<ticket-name>" is quite right. Perhaps "group" or "field" or "link"?
  • The optional components should list a default, perhaps that is explicitly an empty list.

I'll look in more detail later.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Chris Nelson.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
