Toggle custom query filter checkbox sets by clicking on label

This plugin is deprecated in Trac ​milestone:1.2 and later. Equivalent functionality has been added in (​#11970).

Description

From the TicketQuery page, double-click on a checkbox, or its label, checks it and clears the neighbour checkboxes. Double-click on the label to the left of the set of checkboxes toggles the state of all checkboxes.
