Hide and unhide sections of corpus text in wiki pages

Description

This is a macro that allows you to mark sections as hidden and which can be shown again by clicking on the toggle button. It is inspired by ​Wikipedia's ToggleToc.

On your Trac wiki page, the syntax would be as follows:

[[Toggle(begin)]]
Some text
[[Toggle(end)]]

Javascript is used to implement the hiding and unhiding of the marked sections.
