I'm a Trac user and found these hacks particularly useful (I'm using them) :

• AccountManagerPlugin - graphical user management + SVN users integration
• TicketCreationStatusPlugin - click-saver in some situations
• XmlRpcPlugin - allows integration with Testlink for example
• HttpAuthPlugin - required when working with the previous one and having AccountManagerPlugin form enabled
