Remove dependency on clearsilver

Description

clearsilver seems to be outdated and hard to install software. It makes it difficult to get the GoogleCalendar? plugin to work in a modern trac installation.

On Ubuntu you can install the package with sudo apt-get install python-clearsilver, but yes, its use is deprecated in Trac 0.11 and later.

I agree that this is a valid point and it was already on my mind. Unfortunately, I don't have the time now and in the near future to do that. However, I would happily accept a patch! Sorry I don't have better news.

due to the clearsilver dependency, this plugin is not compatible with 0.12, see also #9686
