Please clarify license

setup.py states the software is distributed under BSD license terms, the source files web_ui.py and componentselect.js say, it is MIT license. The MIT license has some ​variants, so there is some room for interpretation. It would be helpful to clarify under which license the plugin is distributed and add the license text to the top level directory of the source code. Many thanks in advance.

The BSD license has variants too, so if BSD, clarification of the BSD license variant (BSD 3-Clause?), would be helpful too.

Of course, that would be accomplished via addition of the requested COPYING file, but it's nice to specify the exact license in setup.py as well, since that text is displayed on the Plugin WebAdmin panel.
