# Add an option to set a title for the progress bar

Reported by: Owned by: ivanelson qwp0 normal ProgressMeterMacro normal hasienda 1.0

Add a new argument in the plugin to set a title for the progress bar.

example:

[[ProgressMeter (title = "My title name", owner = $USER, milestone = 0.1a)]] ### Attachments (0) ### Change History (5) ### comment:1 Changed 3 years ago by ivanelson • Type changed from defect to enhancement ### comment:2 Changed 3 years ago by rjollos • Description modified (diff) ### comment:3 follow-up: ↓ 4 Changed 3 years ago by rjollos • Cc hasienda added; anonymous removed What did you have in mind that can't be achieved by just placing WikiMarkup about the bar, e.g.: **My title name** [[ProgressMeter(owner =$USER, milestone = 0.1a)]]

Have you found any important features of this macro that aren't provided by the TicketQuery macro in Trac 1.0?

For example, we can now do things like:

[[TicketQuery(component=ProgressMeterMacro, format=progress)]]

which results in:

92%
