Description

Hi there,

Will it be possible to Disable/hide a ticket according to the status of ticket?

E.g. priority.disabled = closed, assigned

I'm not sure that it can be done with this plugin, but you might try DynamicFieldsPlugin#Hiderule.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain obs.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
