Display Subcomponents Hierarchy

Description
The subcomponents plugin is great for helping people select the right component for a ticket but letting them 'see' the tree hierarchy. Now it would also be great to be able to show that in the wiki as well. Basically, a macro (maybe [[ShowSubcomponentsTree]]) that shows all the components in the structure. Also optionally listing the owner and description of the components would be great. Each component could be a link to search for tickets of that component.

Componentsmacro will be added to Trac in trac:#11702. Components will be made first-class objects with their own page in trac:#1233. Support for subcomponents might be added in trac:#548.
