Description

Not only that this plugin is outdated by now, it looks like it never got finished in the first place, because that action really doesn't fit in a permission check for that request context.

I recommend to explicitly depreciate it, maybe even direct users towards KeywordSuggestPlugin or TagsPlugin, because IMHO suggesting keywords is better than forcing users to choose anything from a pre-defined list.

That sounds good to me. Since there has been no reply I've added the deprecated tag and a Deprecated notice to the wiki page.

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
