The strings defined in the file conf/username_list.txt should be treated as case sensitive! TracAutoCompletePlugin unfortunately converts the case and it seems there is no way to configure it via trac.ini.

The "email" field could be a case sensitive ldap login name, so this should be treated as case sensitive.
