Description
Looking at the source, I can't find any logging statements. While this is a minor plugin, it would be nice to have debug logging for troubleshooting

I will not add logging any more because unhandled exceptions will be logged by Trac core.

Yes, but exceptions aren't the only things that are normally logged. At present, the inner-workings of the plugin are completely opaque to the user - If something breaks that isn't a fatal exception, then the user doesn't have any information that could be useful in tracking down and fixing the problem. Aside from this, more than errors are logged in an application such as Trac. Logging information gives administrators an overview into the activities performed by users. By logging, for example, who uses the workflow !admin panel, an administrator can pinpoint who broke the workflow system.
I'm completely willing to add logging myself - It's not that hard to do.
