Hi

Too many duplicate tickets are getting created. how to avoid it?

I see so many tickets are raised for the same issue. but so far no resolution is given

Status: new → closed

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Eli Carter.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
