Description
As per the following announcement: http://google-opensource.blogspot.nl/2015/03/farewell-to-google-code.html
We should request plugins hosted at google code to either move their code elsewhere, such as Trac-hacks, Bitbucket, GitHub, preferably the former, or else discontinue their code.

The trac-hacks link provided has poor coverage. A better link to use to identify the plugins hosted at code.google.com would be this one: search.

A good next step would be to start opening tickets for the plugins, offering to move the plugin if the author no longer has any interest. If we don't receive a reply from the author after many weeks, we can just go ahead and move any useful plugins.

Most of the low hanging fruit has been dealt with: where the project has moved, the link has been updated. For the remaining plugins:
- links to code.google.com are informational and will not need to be updated until this site goes offline in a few years.
- plugin appears unmaintained and is likely to be deprecated.
- a handful of plugins require a ticket as stated in #comment:3.

I don't see any more actionable items here, but feel free to follow-up or pursue further outside the ticket.
Yeah, this is a really good idea.
