I have referred to https://trac-hacks.org/reset_password and tokens that were sent to me by email do not work.

I've seen various reports of this over the past years so there may be something going on here. I think it may have been discussed as part of #11869, but the comments I wrote in that ticket don't make sense to me at the moment.
I'll send an email to you with a new password.
Please make sure to at least select the proper Component when filing a ticket.

I will do, even though it is difficult with so many components.
Reset password feature works for me. Please confirm your username and email address.
