Description

Would it be possible to disable the capability to append comments to a ticket when the ticket is closed.

The ​read-only signed tickets policy implements the behavior your are interested in.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The owner will remain solarwind.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
