Description

Hello,

I'm trying to switch Trac 1.0 to 1.4.3. So far, I'm not able to get the account panel.
Any suggestion?

In Trac 1.0, things are all right.

Thanks and best regards, Kazunari Sekigawa

Could you please provide trac.log file when visiting admin panel with DEBUG level? See BugReporting#CollectingDebugMessages about the logging.

Thanks for the feedback.

AccountManagerPlugin 0.5.0 doesn't work with Trac 1.4.x due to the following ImportErrors. Instead, please try https://trac-hacks.org/svn/accountmanagerplugin/branches/acct_mgr-0.5.

I noticed the same issue has been reported and fixed in #13610.

If the branches/acct_mgr-0.5 doesn't work, try https://trac-hacks.org/svn/accountmanagerplugin/trunk/ (0.6dev) rather than.

Thanks a lot for your prompt response and instructions.
As shown in the attached image, I could resolve this issue with the 0.6 version.
So, please close this ticket.

Once again, thank you very much.
