Description

When a user don't have TICKET_ADMIN or TICKET_VIEW, it's not possible to download an attached file. 

tested TICKET_VIEW_CC

Status: new → closed

The new policy interface should fix all these issues.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
