Description

The demo at ​http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/WikiGoodiesPlugin is not working; maybe the plugin is no longer installed?

Correct. I disabled a number of plugins to improve performance on TracHacks. Feel free to fix up the WikiGoodiesPlugin page.
