Add support for images inside the SVN repository, even if authentication is required

Description

I extended the plugin to handle the images that were checked into the Trac SVN repository. Why is this necessary? Because if the access to the Trac instance is restricted htmldoc won't be able to access the images.

Would you be so kind to consider this for inclusion?

Also: it looks like CombineWikiPlugin and PageToPdfPlugin is sharing most of its code. Would it make sense in your opinion to integrate the 2 plugins?
